1. Where does Evytrend ship?

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. At this time, international orders cannot be processed.

2. How much does shipping cost?

All standard UK deliveries are free of charge.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit Time: 3–4 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT – London) for same-day processing

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment.

5. What should I do if my parcel is damaged or incorrect?

  • If the parcel is damaged, refuse delivery if possible.
  • If you notice damage after delivery, email evytrend@evytrend.com within 24 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
  • If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will replace it at no additional cost.

6. What is your return policy?

  • Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Eligible Items: Only items in brand new condition with original tags
  • Return Method: By mail using our free downloadable return label
  • Restocking Fees: None

7. How do I return an item?

  1. Email evytrend@evytrend.com with the subject line: Return + Your Order Number
  2. Specify the reason for your return.
  3. Our team will provide shipping instructions within 24 hours.
  4. Package your item securely in its original condition and attach the return label.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

8. Can I exchange an item?

Yes! You can exchange items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Email evytrend@evytrend.com with the subject line: Exchange + Your Order Number
  • Specify the item you want as a replacement.
  • Our team will provide shipping instructions, and the replacement item will be shipped free of charge.

9. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (card or PayPal).

10. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

  • Gift cards and clearance/sale items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window or not in original condition will not be accepted.

11. Do I need to pay for return shipping?

No. Evytrend provides free return shipping labels for all eligible returns.

12. Are taxes and duties included?

Yes. All prices for UK orders include VAT, so you will not incur additional taxes or import duties.

13. What should I do if my return or exchange is lost in transit?

We recommend using the provided tracked return label. Evytrend cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to improper labeling or packaging.

No. All prices listed include VAT for UK orders, and there are no hidden fees for payments made using our accepted methods.
